We’re pleased to announce that we can now offer a Nutritional and Dietary Consultation Service with our colleague, David Heard.
Through his own companies, The Fitness Consultancy and Team Fitness, David has worked with a wide range of people like you and I, and a number of professional athletes, teams and individuals, including Middlesex County Cricket Club and Ashes winning England cricket captain, Andrew Strauss, among them, and this is a chance for you to benefit from this expertise being applied to your own nutritional and dietary situation.
Through this service, you can have your dietary and nutritional circumstances analysed through personal assessment with David via private email, after completion of a week long Dietary Diary that we will send you to complete.
Included in the process is:
- A week’s Dietary Diary instruction.
- Personal Dietary Consultation via private email with David Heard, one of the UK’s top nutritional and health experts.
- Nutritional advice based on that consultation, which will also include advice as to whether nutritional supplements are appropriate for you.
To begin, simply complete the online form at the link below and you will then be sent the initial week-long dietary diary exercise for you to complete. The price for the service is £30, but you won’t pay this until after you have exchanged emails with David and begun the process.
This service is for all, for everyone. It is not meant for elite atheltes, so if you have any interest in this area of diet and nutrition at all then this service may well be for you.
