You need only add a Username and Email Address, the rest is just for fun, and can be edited later at any time.
A password will be mailed to the email address you provide. Make sure to whitelist (http://wholelifewholeworld.com) so the confirmation email doesn't get caught by any filters.
You can then Login and Personalise your password for convenience at the bottom of the Edit Profile page.
